用 Nd:YAG锁模激光器对一块尺寸为 15 mm× 2 0 mm× 7mm的 YCOB晶体进行了 (1.0 6 4+0 .5 32 )μm→ 0 .35 5μm的和频研究 ;测量了 1.0 6 4μm三倍频的一类相位匹配点。当相位匹配角θ=90 .0°,ψ=73.8°时 ,得到 9.8%的转换效率。
A (1.06 4 +0.532) μm → 0.355 μm sum-frequency study of a YCOB crystal of 15 mm × 20 mm × 7 mm with a Nd: YAG mode-locked laser was performed. A class of phase matching points for triple frequency. When the phase matching angle θ = 90 .0 °, ψ = 73.8 °, 9.8% conversion efficiency was obtained.
