1病例资料患者,男,93岁,2016年9月13日因慢性咳喘10余年,加重1天入院。既往有脑梗死、椎基底动脉供血不全、颈椎病史10余年,目前服用尼麦角林胶囊30 mg qd治疗。有冠心病、心绞痛史5年,目前服用单硝酸异山梨酯片20 mg bid治疗。有高血压病史5年,曾服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,目前未服药,自述血压控制尚可。前列腺增生病史4年,未服药治疗。2016年7月住院期间,出现胡言乱语精神疾病,予富马酸喹硫
1 case data patient, male, 93 years old, September 13, 2016 due to chronic cough and more than 10 years, increased 1 day admission. Previous cerebral infarction, vertebrobasilar insufficiency, history of cervical spondylosis more than 10 years, currently taking nicergoline capsules 30 mg qd treatment. Coronary heart disease, angina history of 5 years, currently taking isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20 mg bid treatment. Have a history of hypertension for 5 years, had taken amlodipine besylate tablets treatment, is not taking medication, readme can control blood pressure. Prostate hyperplasia history of 4 years, no medication. July 2016 During hospitalization, nonsense mental illness, quetiapine fumarate
