目的 研究杀虫丁杀螺效果的影响因素。方法 不同温度、作用时间、药液 p H值、批号、阳光曝晒及不同类型钉螺条件下杀虫丁浸杀法杀螺试验 ;不同湿度的泥土的喷洒法杀螺试验。结果 2 5℃ 1d2 mg/L 的钉螺死亡率为 5 6 .6 7% ,2 5℃ 2 d2 mg/L 或 2 5℃ 3d1mg/L 的钉螺死亡率为96 .6 2 %~ 10 0 .0 % ;偏碱性溶液和泥土含水量大等有利于杀虫丁杀灭钉螺 ;不同类型钉螺和不同批号药品对杀虫丁杀螺效果影响较小 ;阳光曝晒则降低杀虫丁的杀螺效果。结论 杀虫丁灭螺的适宜条件是 2 5℃ 2 d2 m g/L 或 2 5℃ 3d1m g/L 以上杀螺效果较好 ,喷洒 2 5℃含水量大于 40 %杀螺效果较好
Objective To study the influencing factors of insecticidal Dingding spiral effect. Methods Different temperature, action time, liquid p H value, lot number, sunshine exposure and snail drench insecticidal insecticide kill snail test; spraying with different humidity soil kill snail test. Results The mortality of Oncomelania snails at 25 ℃ for 1d2 mg / L was 56.7%, the mortality rate of snails at 2 d2 mg / L at 25 ℃ or 3d1mg / L at 25 ℃ was 96.62% -10.0 %; Alkaline solution and muddy soil water content is conducive to insecticidal Ding kill snails; different types of snails and different batches of drugs on insecticidal Dingxiao Lo effect less; sunshine exposure then kill insecticidal Ding snail effect . Conclusion The optimum conditions for the insecticides to kill molluscicides are 2 d2 m g / L at 25 ℃ or 3d1m g / L at 25 ℃, and the better results are obtained when the molluscicidal effect is more than 40% at 25 ℃.
