Padded cushions to avoid “loopholes” The structure of the domestic refrigerator refrigeration system is generally capillary closely to the bottom of the evaporator, coiled and connected to the evaporator inlet tube. Due to the thin wall of the evaporator (only 0.2-0.5 mm), coupled with the mechanical vibration of the electric compressor during operation and the impact of Freon gas in the pipeline, the dynamic friction between the capillary and the evaporator continues to occur. For a long time, the evaporator was first worn out, causing the refrigerant in the pipeline to leak, forcing the motor to run longer. If the user does not promptly overhaul, the motor windings may be burned. To avoid this phenomenon, when the evaporator is repaired and exchanged, place a rubber or sponge between the evaporator and the capillary to prevent them from colliding with each other. This is good for protecting the evaporator.
