中小企业在我国经济社会发展过程中具有不可替代的作用,随着市场经济的不断发展,中小企业发展的弊端不断显现。人力资源管理作为中小企业内部管理的关键,却容易受到忽视,进而对中小企业的发展造成了诸多的阻碍。本文主要对新时期我国中小企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上对其人力资源管理创新策略进行探讨,以有效促进我国中小企业的健康长期发展。
Small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the economic and social development of our country. With the continuous development of market economy, the drawbacks of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises continue to appear. As the key to internal management of SMEs, human resources management is easily neglected, which in turn has caused many obstacles to the development of SMEs. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of human resource management of SMEs in our country in the new period, and on this basis, discusses the innovation strategy of human resource management in order to effectively promote the healthy long-term development of SMEs in our country.
