在民用飞机的研发过程中,要获得满足飞机设计所需要的设计数据或设计参考数据,验证飞机的设计状态是否满足设计要求、适航要求等,试验是一个必不可少的手段。然而由于试验的多样性,以及产生的数据的大量性,经常会出现无法准确说明试验结果来源于何种试验构型,从而降低了试验结果的可信度,增加了通过适航审查的难度。为了使试验件和试验装置的构型状态、试验过程和试验数据始终处于受控状态,以确保能产生准确、有效、可信的试验结果,需要对试验进行有效的构型管理。为了解决民机试验过程中出现的试验构型状态管理的混乱情况以及试验结果的可信度问题,本文建立了通用的试验的产品结构,并首创了采用试验任务有效性的方法管理试验件和试验装置的构型状态,可以达到有效管理试验构型状态的目的。
In the research and development of civil aircraft, the test is an indispensable means to obtain the design data or design reference data needed to meet the requirements of the aircraft design, verify whether the design status of the aircraft meets the design requirements, airworthiness requirements, and so on. However, due to the diversity of experiments and the large amount of data generated, it is often impossible to accurately explain the experimental configurations from which the test results are derived, thereby reducing the credibility of the test results and increasing the difficulty of passing the airworthiness review. In order to keep the configuration state, test procedure and test data of the test piece and the test apparatus under control, to ensure that accurate, effective and credible test results are produced, effective configuration management of the test is required. In order to solve the confusion of state management of test configuration and the credibility of the test results in the civil aircraft test process, this paper established the product structure of a common test and pioneered the test management of test pieces using the method of test task validity The configuration state of the test device can achieve the purpose of effectively managing the state of the test configuration.
