为做好1999年本刊发行工作,本社于日前邀集本市各部、委、办,各区县组织、人事部门,大专院校及有关企事业单位同志召开1999年发行工作会议,共商1999年本刊发行工作事宜,中共上海市委组织部副部长、上海市人事局局长孙路一出席会议讲话。 会议由本社副社长卓超主持。 本社社长叶尚志介绍了本刊的特色和发行(摘要另发)。 孙路一同志说:《人才开发》举行发行会议筹备多日,罗世谦部长出访南非等国,要我代表组织部、人事局出席会议。
In order to do a good job in the issue of this magazine in 1999, the Society recently invited the various ministries, commissions, offices, districts and counties’ organizations, personnel departments, tertiary institutions and relevant enterprises and institutions to hold working conferences on the issuance of 1999 to discuss the 1999 edition Issue of work issues, the CPC Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Organization Department Vice Minister, Shanghai Municipal Personnel Bureau, Sun Road, attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Zhuo Chao, vice president of CCS. The president of the agency, Ye Shangzhi, introduced the features and issues of this magazine (abstract separately). Comrade Sun Luyi said: “Talent Development” has been scheduled for a publishing conference for many days. Minister Shih-Chieh Loh visited South Africa and other countries and asked me to attend the meeting on behalf of the Organization Department and the Personnel Bureau.
