鳞棒葱是辽宁省西部山区凌源县的名特产品,它以葱白长,假茎粗,品质优良而驰名省内外。来源及沿革:辽宁省凌源县三十家子镇,这里栽葱历史悠久,现在的鳞棒葱,就是当地群众经过二百年的定向选择,母株采种,大垄、深沟、多次高培土栽培而形成的优良农家地方品种。 1985年省农牧业厅命名为省“优质产品”、并颁发优质产品证书。
