针对传统的操车系统存在控制不灵活等问题,设计了一套基于PLC的自动化操车电气控制系统。简化了控制系统的结构,软件设计中采用了闭锁电路,通过按钮操作实现安全门、阻车器、托罐闸、推车机、摇台以及道岔等的控制,操作简单方便,提高了系统的安全性和可靠性。该系统还具有可扩展性,提高了系统的使用价值。
Aiming at the problems of inflexible control of the traditional car operating system, a set of PLC-based automated car control system was designed. The structure of the control system is simplified. The lock circuit is adopted in the software design, and the control of the safety gate, the car stopper, the support tank gate, the pusher, the cradle and the turnout is realized by the button operation, and the operation is simple and convenient, thereby improving the safety of the system Sexuality and reliability. The system also has scalability to improve the value of the system.
