本文运用新制度经济学和公共选择学派的理论,通过对20世纪60年代以来世界两轮区域经济一体化浪潮的特点进行分析,得出了区域经济一体化制度变迁的新制度经济学解释。同时还运用该解释,对建立中国-东盟自由贸易区所需要的制度安排和经济贸易措施进行了相关分析。
By analyzing the characteristics of the two rounds of regional economic integration in the world since the 1960s, this dissertation uses the theories of New Institutional Economics and Public Choice School to analyze the characteristics of the wave of regional economic integration in the world and draws a new institutional economic explanation of the institutional changes in regional economic integration. At the same time, this explanation is also used to make a correlation analysis of the institutional arrangements and economic and trade measures needed to establish China-ASEAN free trade area.
