目的:通过对比不同的覆盖覆(牙合)条件下下唇形态的差异,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据.方法:选取前牙正常覆盖覆(牙合)为对照组25例,深覆盖正常覆(牙合),正常覆盖深覆(牙合),深覆盖深覆(牙合)3组为实验组,各25例.应用invivo 5.4三维测量软件对5项下唇软组织测量项目进行测量分析.结果:与对照组相比,3组实验组中除深覆盖正常覆(牙合)组的Stmi-Me\'外其测量项目均有统计学差异;3组实验组两两比较,深覆盖正常覆(牙合)组与正常覆盖深覆(牙合)组的Li-L1、Bli-FH及LiB\'Pg\'有统计学差异,深覆盖正常覆(牙合)组与深覆盖深覆(牙合)组的Li-L1、B\'Li-FH、Stmi-Me\'及LiB\'Pg\'有统计学差异.结论:覆盖覆(牙合)均对下唇形态有影响,覆(牙合)对下唇的影响相对更大.“,”Objective:To provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment by observing the morphology of lower lip soft tissue at different conditions of overjet and overbite.Methods:The experiment was divided into four groups.,control group,overjet and overbite (n=25);experimental group,deep overjet normal overbite (n=25),normal overjet deep overbite (n=25),and deep overjet deep overbite (n=25).Five measurements and analyses of lower lip soft tissue were performed with Invivo5.4 software.Results:Compared with control group,significant difference was found among the three experimental groups except Stmi-Me\" of deep overjet normal overbite group.Among multiple comparisons between three experimental groups,there were significant differences between deep overjet normal overbite group and normal overjet deep overbite group on Li-L1,B\'Li-FH,and LiB\'Pg\';between deep overjet normal overbite group and deep overjet deep overbite group on Li-L1,B\'Li-FH,Stmi-Me\',and LiB Pg\'.Conclusion:Both overjet and overbite have an influence on morphology of lower lip soft tissue,and overbite influences more.
