[病例244] 患者52岁,家庭妇女,初诊于1981年2月。病历:体格,营养一般,脸色稍有上火而发红,无食欲,大便正常。主诉4年前起每年9月至冬天,全身灼热感,发汗,后来恶寒,寒热交替。从今年2月起该症状复发。头部,脸发热,脚冷麻木。双脚底像贴上异物那样感觉,还有眩晕、头痛、恶心、颈部疼痛。初诊时血压为150/80,而以前有过160/100的高血压。
[Case 244] The patient was 52 years old and was a family woman. He was newly diagnosed in February 1981. Medical records: Physically, nutritionally, his face glowed slightly, his appetite was normal, and his stool was normal. The chief complaint began 4 years ago every year from September to winter, with a burning sensation in the body, sweating, and later chills and cold and heat. The symptom recurred from February this year. Head, face fever, cold feet numbness. Feelings of foreign body on the soles of the feet, dizziness, headaches, nausea, and neck pain. At the time of the initial diagnosis, the blood pressure was 150/80, and there had been 160/100 high blood pressure before.
