我厂和704所、728设计队于1979年研制的核电站往复式上充泵用高压往复式无油润滑密封结构,经实际运转试验,获得很好的效果。由于这种密封结构具有良好的无油润滑性能,泄漏量极小,寿命长,使用维护简单等特点,因此具有广泛的使用价值和意义。其具体结构和参数、性能如下: 密封结构为双道自封分盒式结构,见图1。工作压力;165kg/cm~2 输送介质:去离子水介质温度:45～50℃使用寿命:3200小时
I plant and 704, 728 design team in 1979 developed a nuclear power station reciprocating charge pump with high pressure reciprocating oil-free seal structure, the actual operation test, and achieved good results. Because of this seal structure has good oil-free lubrication performance, minimal leakage, long life, easy to use and maintenance features, it has a wide range of use and significance.
