一、植物形态:柴胡又名北柴胡,以根入药,民间也有以茎叶入药。柴胡为伞形科多年生草本植物,株高50—80cm,地下根多分枝,呈园尖状,外皮黄褐色。单叶互生,披针形,复伞形花序生于茎枝顶端,双悬果宽扁园形。花期8—9月,果期9—10月。
