硅氢化反应是合成有机硅化合物和聚合物最重要的反应之一。硅氢化反应条件对反应影响很大,因而较多的文献采用色谱跟踪反应来探索反应进程。我们也曾进行过这样的工作。用红外光谱技术来测定不同反应条件下参与反应的化合物和生成物的特征吸收峰强度的变化,方法简便,是合成工作者研究化学反应的好方法。近年来已有文献报导这方面的工作。但用此方法研究硅氢化反应却没有涉及。本工作采用付里叶变换红外光谱仪来跟踪聚甲基-H-硅氧烷与α-烯烃的硅氢加成反应,研究不同的反应条件对该反应的影响。
Hydrosilylation is one of the most important reactions in the synthesis of organosilicon compounds and polymers. Hydrosilylation reaction conditions have a great influence on the reaction, and thus more literature using chromatographic tracking reaction to explore the reaction process. We have also done this kind of work. Infrared spectroscopy is used to determine the change of the characteristic absorption peak intensity of the compounds and products involved in the reaction under different reaction conditions. The method is simple and convenient, and is a good method for synthesizing workers to study chemical reactions. In recent years, there have been reports in this area of work. However, this method is not involved in the study of hydrosilylation reaction. In this work, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to trace the hydrosilylation reaction between polymethyl-H-siloxane and α-olefin to study the influence of different reaction conditions on the reaction.
