一、问题的提出我园从1987年起,从实际出发,开始对如何深化幼儿园改革进行了持续的探索与实践。《规程》的颁布,促使我们更自觉地把这项工作放在落实《规程》要求的首要地位。我们认为:要贯彻《规程》必须加速幼儿园管理改革。《规程》提出的要求并不是幼教工作具体内容的变更,而是教育思想、教育观念和教育目标的转变。这种转变明确体现在《规程》提出的各条原则之中。贯彻这一系列原则,必然对幼儿园管理提出新的要求:①注重促进幼儿身心发展的要求,必然会使幼儿园工作从过去只追求让幼儿掌握某些知识技能发展到对幼儿的生理、心理发展并重,幼儿的人格发展与
