夏末秋初,瓜果色泽美艳,即将成熟,就像又一批孩童要从无拘无束的幼儿园升入“神秘莫测”的小学,经历一个由低到高的成长过程,全新的班级组织形式,似曾相识的学习内容以不同的学习方式来呈现,这一系列变化,都会让孩子们的心理产生一些不适应的情绪。那怎样才能让这些幼儿园的孩子能够平稳过渡到一名合格的小学生,尽快地适应新的学习生活呢?作为一名小学一线教师,在小学教育研究上,为促进小学、幼儿园的共同发展,有效提高教育教学质量,我一直在积极探索着小幼衔接的最有效的措施与方法。
