目的护理质量评价标准为手术患者提供优质的护理服务。方法通过每月护理质量评价标准进行检查,充分表现出怎样为手术患者予以优质护理服务模式,并对其进行细节护理,此外还应充分表现出怎样和外科手术医生进行良好的配合。结果对手术室护理工作采用护理质量评价标准,加强了优质护理的实施,护理人员经过此评价标准后增强了患者的交流以及沟通意识,有助于专业技术水平的提升,并获取显著的护理效果。结论护理质量评价标准能够有效提升手术室护理的整体质量。
Objective Nursing quality evaluation standards for surgical patients to provide quality care services. Methods The monthly nursing quality evaluation criteria were used to examine how the quality of care services for surgical patients were adequately modeled and carefully nurtured. In addition, the method should be well demonstrated to be well coordinated with the surgeon. Results Nursing quality evaluation criteria were applied to the operating room nursing work to strengthen the implementation of quality nursing. Nursing staff enhanced the patient communication and communication awareness after this evaluation criteria, which helped to improve professional skills and obtain significant nursing effects . Conclusion Nursing quality evaluation standards can effectively improve the overall quality of operating room care.
