在大部分地方政府将注意力投向房地产从而拉动地方经济的过程中,河南省太康县多年来一直将引进科技作为产业拉动;如今,在地方经济被房地产“绑架”下前景暗淡,而以科技产业拉动经济这一决策的成果正在显现。
Taikang County in Henan Province has been introducing technology as an industry-driven industry for most of the time when local governments are turning their attention to real estate and thereby stimulating the local economy. Nowadays, there is a bleak prospect for the local economy under the “kidnapping” of real estate. However, The outcome of this policy of stimulating the economy with science and technology is emerging.
