上海汽车工业总公司有组织、有领导地推行“生产特区”建设已经6年。“生产特区”的推行,促使上海汽车工业总公司的质量管理登上新的台阶,企业面貌发生根本变化。回顾和总结“生产特区”的6年创建经历,对加快企业的改革步伐,提高企业的管理素质有深刻的指导意义。
Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation has organized and led the implementation of the “Production Special Zone” for six years. The implementation of “Special Economic Zones” promulgated the SAIC QA to a new level and saw a fundamental change in the face of the enterprise. Reviewing and summarizing the 6 years’ experience of creating a “special zone for production” has profound guiding significance for accelerating the pace of enterprise reform and improving the management quality of enterprises.
