目的分析门诊宫颈疾病筛查情况,为宫颈癌预防提供依据。方法对2012年1月-2015年1月来该院妇科门诊做宫颈疾病检查的3 800例女性的临床资料展开回顾性分析,统计宫颈疾病患病率,所有受检者均接受宫颈疾病高危因素调查,内容包括人口学资料、婚育状况、家族史、职业、个人卫生、性卫生、被动吸烟等方面,确立宫颈疾病高危因素,总结其预防措施。结果 1该组3 800例,检出宫颈疾病1 150例,患病率30.26%,其中宫颈良性病变1 046例(90.96%),宫颈上皮内瘤样病变80例(6.96%),宫颈浸润癌24例(2.09%),宫颈良性病变以宫颈炎为主,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变以CINⅠ级常见,宫颈浸润癌以鳞癌多见;2宫颈鳞癌HPV阳性率、TCT阳性率较高,其次为高级别宫颈上皮内瘤样病变;3多因素结果证实:生殖道既往感染史、首次性生活年龄≤20岁、既往参加宫颈筛查、被动吸烟、产次为宫颈疾病发病的危险因素,性生活前后冲洗阴道、使用避孕套为宫颈疾病的保护因素。结论 2012年1月-2015年1月该院门诊宫颈疾病患病率为30.26%,以宫颈良性病变所占比例较高,既往参加宫颈筛查、被动吸烟、产次、生殖道既往感染史、首次性生活年龄≤20岁均为宫颈疾病患病的危险因素,积极控制危险因素,强化宫颈疾病知识健康教育,定期做宫颈筛查,可降低宫颈疾病发病率。

Conclusions The prevalence of cervical diseases in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 was 30.26%, and the proportion of benign cervical lesions was high. Previous cervical screening, passive smoking, parity, previous history of genital tract infection, The first sex life of ≤ 20 years old are risk factors for cervical disease, and actively control risk factors, cervical health knowledge and strengthen cervical health education, regular cervical screening can reduce the incidence of cervical disease.
