近年来,随着我国医疗技术水平不断提高,医疗环境不断优化,医疗设备逐步完善,医患关系总体和谐。然后,在主流中也存在一些不和谐的现象,医患矛盾、医疗纠纷、医闹盛行等事件导致医患关系愈演愈紧张。出现此类现象的原因很多,其中,很重要的主观因素有三方面:一是医者。部分医务工作者与患者之间缺乏良好有效的沟通,忽视必要的人文关怀,忽略了患者的知情同意权;二是患者。患者对医疗职业存在一些误解,对医疗知识的了解有限,对医务人员的不信任,对病情治疗产生较高期望等;三是媒体。部分媒体为吸引眼球对事实真相的宣传报道存在夸大矛盾、以偏概全、隐瞒真相、失实报道,成为医患双方矛盾加剧的催化剂,严重制约了医学发展的步伐,影响了社会的和谐稳定。本文作者认为必须通过医方、患方、媒体多方努力,分别从“医者父母心”、“患者理解心”、“媒体公道心”三方面下功夫,相信这“三心”将如同一股股清泉滋润日益紧张的医患关系之中,真正缓解医患矛盾,和谐医患关系。

Patients have some misunderstanding of the medical profession, a limited understanding of medical knowledge, lack of trust in medical personnel, treatment of patients with higher expectations, etc .; third is the media. Some media exaggerated contradictions in their coverage of the facts to attract the attention of the eye, to conceal the truth, conceal the truth and misrepresented them, becoming the catalyst for intensifying the contradictions between doctors and patients, seriously restricting the pace of development of medicine and affecting the social harmony and stability. The author of the paper believes that it is necessary to work hard from the three aspects of “doctor’s heart, doctor’s heart”, “patient’s understanding heart” and “media’s reasonable mind” through the efforts of doctors, patients and the media.
