目的:探讨卫生监测是铁路基层疾控机构的重要职能。方法:针对现阶段铁路基层疾控机构在卫生监测方面存在的问题,包括铁路的公共环境卫生,铁路饮用水,铁路的餐厅食品,流动售卖食品,以及铁路检测部门的工作人员的服务水平,精神面貌,上岗素质,行为和操作规范情况,监测范围等采取有价值的措施。结果:铁路基层疾控机构的卫生监测得到了完善,得到了旅客和上级领导的一致好评。通过分发“铁路基层疾控卫生监测工作”满意度调查表格,随机收集134例旅客和上级领导的满意度调查表,观察组对卫生监测的满意度为100%,对照组对卫生监测的满意度为70.15%,观察组的满意度明显高于对照组。结论:加强铁路基层疾控机构专业人员的素质建设,完善监测制度可以推动铁路基层疾控卫生监测工作的科学发展,卫生监测是铁路基层疾控机构的重要职能。
Objective: To discuss health monitoring is an important function of grassroots CDC.
