如今,物正坐在马鞍上,驾驭着人类,俾使人类心灵普遍地被物化。物欲取代了人的理想和信念。这种现象,反映了当今人类心理的基本特征。中国人也不能超然于物外,在这样的大文化氛围中,金钱媚俗和文学媚俗已成为一种时尚。而这种媚俗,正是中国文学难以抬头的原因.面对这种现实,本文拟从中国文学的不能承受之轻、对策与前景三个方面予以论述,试图为中国文学发展找到新的起点,并以此跃迁向21世纪新一轮的文学形态而重塑我们的文学形象。
