题记:从1997年7月1日零时五星红旗在香港夜空中高高飘扬的那一刻起,一场人类历史上没有先例的伟大实践,就在香港这片土地上轰轰烈烈地拉开帷幕。弹指一挥间,十年后的今天,“一国两制”、“港人治港”、高度自治的方针得到全面贯彻落实,香港保持自由法治、经济发展、民生改善、社会和谐、繁荣稳定。十年沧桑,十年磨砺,香港这颗东方之珠不仅风采依然,而且发出了更加璀璨夺目的光芒。广西与香港地缘相近,人缘相亲,这块美丽富饶、充满活力、充满希望、充满商机的热土吸引着香港的目光,随着桂港两地经贸的共同携手,合作空间的不断拓展,广西与香港已开创出了一片令人瞩目的新天地。
