Recently, China.com completed a strategic investment in Zhijie Technology through its subsidiary Web Connection and became a major shareholder of Zhijie Technology. Zhijie Technology is committed to providing advanced Internet-based enterprise management solutions in Greater China. The strategic combination of the two companies will further accelerate the promotion of end-to-end e-commerce solutions in Asia.
