当前学生比较普遍地存在着“交往合作能力较低”的现象,它主要表现在:(1)交往合作对象选择单一,学生在活动中往往只喜欢与自己认识的人或与自己关系较好的同学交流;(2)害怕与陌生人接触,自信心不足;(3)与人交往合作的时间不足和机会不多;(4)部分学生存在自私的心理,在活动中不愿意与同学合作、分享,喜欢自己“单打独斗”;(5)不善于运用交往合作的方法和策略,导致矛盾的产生。在学生身上表现出来的这五大问题,归根到底就是他们性格内外,不善与人协作。
