教育科研是提高中小学教育质量和教师专业水平的重要途径,这些年,大家对中小学教育科研非常重视,学校以及教师个人开展教育科研的热情空前高涨。但热情高涨的背后也有不少隐忧,目前许多地方都把教育科研作为评价教师、评价学校的重要指标之一,成果是否获奖、课题是否通过已经成为许多地区教师评职称、学校评等级的硬性指标。这一方面提高了教师们对教育科研的重视程度以及从事教育科研的积极性,但另一方面导致了教育科研的功利主义倾向。可以说,教育科研在有的学校正在成为功利的敲门砖和徒有虚名的摆设。克服教育科研的功利主义倾向,教师、学校和教育教研主管部门应当如何作为?这一期请关注:
