陈昕煜,1993年毕业于安徽医科大学卫生管理专业,医学学士、卫生管理学硕士。1993年7月-2013年6月,先后在北京医科大学教务处、卫生部科教司综合处、教育处工作,历任主任科员、副处长、处长。2013年6月至今,任国家卫生和计划生育委员会科教司教育处处长,主要负责住院医师规范化培训、专科医师培训制度的建立、全科医生培养、完善继续医学教育以及医教协同推动院校医学教育等相关工作。
