教师职业倦怠是当前教师研究的热点问题。通过对衡水市公私立幼儿园幼儿教师问卷调查发现,深入探讨衡水市幼儿教师职业倦怠现状,分析成因并提出缓解衡水市幼儿教师职业倦怠建议。幼儿教师在教师群体中具有其独特性,他们的工作任务比其他学校教师更为全面和细致;他们与中小学教师等有着不同年龄的教育对象,存在着不同的职业压力,由于压力源的不同,压力程度的不同,引起职业倦怠的诱因,
Teacher burnout is a hot issue for current teachers. Through questionnaire survey of kindergarten teachers in public and private kindergartens in Hengshui City, we find out the present situation of kindergarten teachers’ burnout in Hengshui City, analyze the causes and put forward proposals to ease the burnout of kindergarten teachers in Hengshui City. Kindergarten teachers have their uniqueness in the group of teachers. Their work tasks are more comprehensive and meticulous than those of other school teachers.
