研究了300K~1073K温度范围内两种纤维比(Vf=0.24及Vf=0.40)C/Cu复合材料的热膨胀性能及合金元素的影响.结果表明,在α-T曲线的水平和下降阶段,合金元素对C/Cu复合材料热膨胀性能的影响主要取决于合金元素对其界面结合强度的影响程度.显著提高界面结合强度的Fe元素使C/Cu复合材料的线膨胀系数显著下降;不改变界面结合强度的Sn元素对其热膨胀性能基本没有影响;Ni对界面结合强度的影响介于Fe和Sn之间,因而对C/Cu复合材料热膨胀性能的影响也介于两者之间.在α-T曲线的上升阶段,C/Cu复合材料的热膨胀性能与界面结合强度和基体本身的特性有关
The effects of alloying elements on thermal expansion properties and C / Cu composites of two fiber ratios (Vf = 0.24 and Vf = 0.40) in the temperature range of 300K to 1073K were investigated. The results show that the influence of alloying elements on the thermal expansion properties of C / Cu composites depends mainly on the degree of influence of alloying elements on the interfacial bonding strength of the α-T curves. The linear expansion coefficient of C / Cu composites decreased significantly with the increase of interfacial bonding strength of Fe. Sn did not change the interfacial bonding strength and had no effect on the thermal expansion. The effect of Ni on interfacial bonding strength was in the range of Fe and Sn Between the C / Cu composite thermal expansion properties are also somewhere in between. In the ascending phase of the α-T curve, the thermal expansion properties of the C / Cu composites are related to the interfacial bonding strength and the properties of the matrix itself
