应用激光相变硬化技术进行GCr15轴承钢激光强化处理试验,通过三点弯曲试验研究钢件经激光硬化处理后获得的激光硬化层对钢件抗弯强度和挠度的影响,弯曲试验时材料的塑性用各试样的最大挠度来表示。结果表明,经激光硬化处理后钢件的抗弯强度和挠度明显下降,断裂机制也发生了改变,导致了激光硬化层塑性和韧性的下降。对常规热处理试样和激光表面处理试样断口进行了对比分析,常规热处理试样断裂后断裂表面均表现出韧性断裂后的韧窝特征,激光硬化层起裂区呈现脆性特征,断裂方式主要为准解理和沿晶断裂。
