《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》提出,要建立促进城乡经济社会发展一体化制度,并对此进行了部暑。本文从城乡一体化的现实意义入手,探讨了建立促进城乡经济社会发展一体化制度的重要性和紧迫性,指出以城乡一体化为目标统筹城乡发展,是理顺城乡关系的根本途径。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee on Several Prominent Issues Regarding the Promotion of Rural Reform and Development” proposed that an integrated system of promoting economic and social development between urban and rural areas should be established and a summer program be conducted. Starting from the realistic significance of the integration of urban and rural areas, this paper discusses the importance and urgency of establishing an integrated urban and rural economic and social development system. It points out that the integration of urban and rural areas as the goal of urban and rural development is the fundamental way to smooth the relationship between urban and rural areas.
