在当前整顿企业财务和打击经济领域严重犯罪活动中,有一个必须引起大家重视的问题,那就是不少单位私设的“小钱柜”。提起小“钱柜”,搞财会工作的人大都敢怒而不敢言。因为“小钱柜”的钱,本来都应该是大钱柜的钱,是国家的财产。现在却被少数人所占有,大手大脚,乱花乱支,岂有不怒之理。但是,饯柜虽“小”,来头颇“大”,多数都是上级默认,领导经手,亲信保管,加上公认的“这也是为了工作嘛”的说教,又有谁敢仗义执言!所以,“小钱柜”越来越多,越来越大,越来越无所顾忌,成为社会主义企、事业单位的一种公开的秘密。
