应用反相高效液相色谱法，采用国产液相色谱填料ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８Ｈ３７，甲醇－水为流动相，分离定量哈士蟆卵油中脂溶性维生素Ｄ、Ｅ，以及β－胡萝卜素，结果获得满意的分离定量效果，为哈士蟆卵油的应用提供了依据。
The results obtained were satisfactory by RP-HPLC with domestic liquid chromatography packing YWG-C18H37 and methanol-water as mobile phase, and the quantification of fat-soluble vitamin D, E and β-carotene in Asparagus hogmanii oil The quantitative analysis results provide a basis for the application of toad oil.
