试验结果表明 ,早熟品种在花芽未分化期 ,生长锥单细胞蛋白质含量较低 ,其中平均含 2~ 4 0Au的细胞占 80 %以上。不间断光照诱导 3d后 ,为花原基分化期 ,蛋白质含量最高 ,含 90~130Au的细胞所占比例基本相同 ,为 2 0 %左右 ,平均值 113.6 7Au。髓部单细胞中淀粉含量也以诱导 3d后最高 ,平均为 15.0 6± 4 .38粒。随着花芽分化过程中花器的发生 ,该种物质含量逐渐减少。本文还探讨了不间断光照诱导进程中 3个榨菜品种可溶性蛋白质和过氧化物同工酶谱带的变化。
