近年来,国内外不少学者利用斑点杂交和墨迹杂交法证实白细胞内存在HBV-DNA,用原位杂交技术研究白细胞内HBV-DNA存在状态尚未见报道。我们近二年来开展了此项研究,获得了初步结果。现报告如下: 材料慢性HBV感染经斑点杂交证实白细胞HBV-DNA阳性的患者。
In recent years, many domestic and foreign scholars have used dot blot hybridization and ink blot to confirm the presence of HBV-DNA in leucocytes. In situ hybridization has not yet been reported to detect the presence of HBV-DNA in leucocytes. We conducted this research in the past two years and obtained preliminary results. Report is as follows: Materials chronic HBV infection by dot blot hybridization confirmed white blood cells HBV-DNA positive patients.
