以往一直沿用的实心型长锥式刀柄(BT型刀柄)已经达不到现今高速式切削整形工艺的需求。而HSK型刀柄在具体的高速式切削整形工艺中的运用不断得到更大范围的普及。依托对HSK型刀柄性能状态的判断、研究,构建出该型刀柄的力学结构模型,对此型刀柄的动态(静态)刚度性能、定位准确程度、动态平衡功能等动态、静态特异品质展开系统性分析,而且再经过做实验过程对这一HSK型刀柄及过去的BT型刀柄的各类功能特性展开相关研究工作,进而提出本HSK型刀柄具备极佳的高速状态整形品质及极大的应用必要性。
