本文报告国产Caftazidime对临床分离的450株致病菌体外抗菌活性的研究,并与头孢唑啉,头孢孟多、头孢噻肟、头孢三嗪、头孢哌酮、头孢唑肟、羧苄青霉素、哌拉西林、庆大霉素和丁胺卡那霉素的抗菌作用进行比较。结果显示,Ceftazidime为一抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强的头孢菌素。对肠杆菌科细菌的作用与其它第三代头孢菌素相似,优于第一代、第二代头孢菌素,如头孢唑啉和头孢孟多。但对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用则不如后两者。Ceftazidime对绿脓杆菌的抗菌活性可与丁胺卡那霉素媲美,两药对50株绿脓杆菌的MIC_(50)和 MIC_(90)均分别为0.5和2μg/ml。本研究表明Ceftazidime为一较理想的头孢菌素,可用于治疗包括绿脓杆菌引起的严重的感染。
In this paper, we reported the in vitro antibacterial activity of Caftazidime against 450 pathogenic bacteria isolated from China. The antibacterial activities of cefazolin, cefotaxime, cefotaxime, cefotaxime, cefoperazone, ceftizoxime, carbenicillin, Piperacillin, gentamycin and amikacin antibacterial effect were compared. The results showed that Ceftazidime is a broad antibacterial spectrum, antibacterial activity of cephalosporins. The role of Enterobacteriaceae and other third-generation cephalosporins similar to better than the first generation, second-generation cephalosporins, such as cefazolin and cefadroxil. But the role of Staphylococcus aureus is not as good as the latter two. The antibacterial activity of Ceftazidime against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was comparable to that of amikacin. The MIC 50 and MIC 90 of the two drugs against 50 Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 0.5 and 2 μg / ml, respectively. This study shows that Ceftazidime is an ideal cephalosporin and can be used to treat severe infections, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
