甘肃庆阳地区农机所设计的手杖式人力点播施肥器采用勺舀式排种勺,其结构新颖、质量轻、造价低、操作灵活,入土后用手上提闸把,即可完成排种、开穴、点播作业。更换大小不同的精量勺,可得到不同的播种粒数,还可给大秋作物追施颗粒化肥,更适合地膜上点播。作业时,能直接观察到机具点播的种子粒数和施肥量。工效比传统点播机具提高2～3倍。目前,该机具已获得专利。
