前言:集邮爱好者对邮学精心研究,并加以论述,交流信息,全靠邮学报刊的传播。邮学报刊是集邮爱好者追求邮识的根源和精神生活的食粮,这也是集邮文献收藏长盛不衰的原因之所在。据史料记载,山东的集邮活动约始于20世纪20年代末期,较之沪杭要晚,故直到1946年1月1日才出版了第一份邮学小报,如今已达50余份。笔者试根据本人之收藏分类整理简目如下,以便同好集藏。错谬之处,诚盼方家斧正,以使此资料日臻完善。
Preface: Philatelic enthusiasts carefully study postal matter, and to be discussed, the exchange of information, thanks to the spread of the postal press. Philatelic newspapers and periodicals are the source of the philatelic enthusiasts’ pursuit of etiquette and the food for spiritual life. This is why the collection of philatelic documents is everlasting. According to historical records, the philatelic activities in Shandong began in the late 1920s, which were later than those in Shanghai and Hangzhou. So it was not until January 1, 1946 that the first mail tabloid was published, which now amounts to more than 50. I try to sort according to my own collection of the following summary, in order to set a good collection. Wrong place, sincerely hope that the square is correct, so that this information is improving.
