在当前中国图书馆哲学衍化的进程中,学界方家已对“如何发展图书馆”提出了许多高屋建瓴的精辟论述,然而从图书馆哲学方法论立场出发对机遇问题的探究尚付阙如。有鉴于此,是文先从图书馆哲学方法论场域诠释机遇,进一步考察图书馆系统发展与机遇的基本关系,并从图书馆哲学理论层维中疏解有关机遇掌握以及利用的现实问题,揭示在图书馆文明全球化的时代,中国图书馆系统需重新审视自身的机遇与发展策略,全力谋求在图书馆世界的话语权。
In the current process of philosophical evolution of Chinese libraries, academic circles have put forward a number of brilliant expositions on how to develop a library. However, there is still a lack of exploration of the opportunities from the philosophical and methodological standpoint of the library. In view of this, it is the first to interpret the opportunity from the field of library philosophy methodology to further investigate the basic relationship between library system development and opportunities, and to solve the practical problems of grasp and utilization of opportunities from the theoretical and philosophical level of the library, In the era of globalization of library civilization, China’s library system needs to re-examine its own opportunities and development strategies to make every effort to seek the right to speak in the library world.
