弹指一挥间,中国改革开放已经走过了20个春秋。20年在历史长河中并不算长,但是,这20年中国社会却经历了翻天覆地的变化。这20年,宁波的发展我们更是有目共赌。党的十一届三中全会以来,我市坚持不懈地组织实施“以港兴市、以市促港”以经济社会发展战略,坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持两个文朋一起抓,解放思想,实事求是,艰苦创业,抓住机遇,开拓进取,深化改革,扩大开放,走出了一条以市场为导向、结构多元化的社会主义市场经济发展新路子,国民经济和社会发展取得了令人瞩目的巨大的历史性成就。为了纪念党的十一届三中全会20周年,本刊开辟改革开放20年专栏,将陆续刊登文章回顾宣传20年来我市的各行各业的成就。20年走过的历程,对21世纪宁波的发展所产生的影响无疑是非常深远的。
