住房是个社会问题房地产业在中国以前所未有的速度进行着,高档住房林立,改变着中国人的居住环境。但是,另一方面,一些低收入者没有能力购买这些品味高价位也高的住宅。低收入者没有住房的问题成了一个很严峻的社会问题。在住房问题上,新的两极分化正在产生。怎样解读这个社会问题,需要做一个社会政策的分析与回顾。
Housing is a social problem Real estate industry in China with an unprecedented speed, high-end housing everywhere, changing the Chinese living environment. However, on the other hand, some low-income people can not afford to buy these high-priced and high-priced houses. The problem of low-income people having no housing has become a very serious social problem. On the housing issue, a new polarization is emerging. How to interpret this social issue needs to be analyzed and reviewed in a social policy.
