[目的]观察香菇多糖抗小鼠急性弓形虫感染的效果。[方法]RH株弓形虫速殖子常规腹腔感染小鼠后观察小鼠的生存状态、存活率;ELISA法动态检测小鼠脾细胞悬液中IFN-γ分泌水平、Griess法观察NO含量。[结果]香菇多糖能明显延长小鼠的存活时间,提高其存活率,阴性对照组小鼠于感染3d后开始出现死亡,8d后小鼠全部死亡,阳性对照组与香菇多糖预处理组在5d后开始出现死亡,阳性对照组小鼠9d后生存率为6.67%,香菇多糖预处理组组小鼠9d后生存率为20.00%,香菇多糖组小鼠感染4d后出现死亡,9d后全部死亡;同时香菇多糖能增强免疫系统分泌干扰素的能力,香菇多糖预处理组与香菇多糖组均于6d后达峰值,分别为428.77(pg/ml)、314.80(pg/ml),而阴性对照组仅为74.55(pg/ml),(P<0.01);效应因子NO的含量亦随着干扰素分泌水平的变化而改变,香菇多糖预处理组与香菇多糖组均于6d后达峰值,分别为54.17(μmol/L)、32.65(μmol/L),而阴性对照组仅为8.22(μmol/L)(P<0.01);香菇多糖预处理组效果明显优于香菇多糖处理组。[结论]香菇多糖可以助小鼠有效抵御急性弓形虫感染。
[Objective] To observe the effect of lentinans against acute Toxoplasma gondii infection in mice. [Method] Toxoplasma gondii RH strain was inoculated intraperitoneally to observe the survival status and survival rate of mice. ELISA method was used to detect the secretion of IFN-γ in spleen cell suspension of mice. The contents of NO were observed by Griess method. [Result] Lentinan could obviously prolong the survival time of mice and increase their survival rate. At the same time lentinan can enhance the ability of the immune system to secrete interferon, lentinan pretreated group and lentinan reached the peak value after 6 days, respectively, 428.77 (pg / ml), 314.80 (pg / ml), while the negative control group only Was 74.55 (pg / ml), (P <0.01). The content of NO also changed with the level of interferon secretion.
