人类呼吸道病毒感染的化疗药物,其作用原理有下述几个方面: (1)接触病毒,使之灭话:许多资料现已证实,以此为主要作用机理的化疗药物,虽在试管中具有直接抗病毒作用,但在人类预防和治疗中效果较差,值得注意的是某些此类药物反而加重疾病并增加病毒的复制。(2)与金属离子结合:抗菌药物Oxolinic acid在试管滤液试验中,可抑制鼻病毒的复制及修复单层的感染细胞(如药物加入已感染的细胞培养基)。其抗病毒作用的机理是该药结合镁、锰及钙离子。
