根据江泽民主席和国务院关于“创建有中国特色的中关村科技园区”的指示精神,中关村科技园区的建设于2000年正式开工。中关村科技园区是中国的硅谷,是中国高科技创新发展的中心,是首都发展知识经济的对外窗口,也是北京奥运行动规划战略保障措施中,加快重点功能区开发建设的三大重点功能之一。北京科技园建设股份有限公司担任着中关村科技园区重点项目的开发建设,如中关村科技园的商务中心(中关村西区)、国家软件园、中关村生命科学园、创业者家园等重点项目。如今中关村科技园区的建设已初具规模。为此,我们着重组织并编发《中关村西区——迈向21世纪的宏伟地标》、《中关村国家软件园》和《建设世界一流的生命科学研发基地》这样一组文章,其目的是通过介绍重点建设项目的规划创意、指导思想、开发理念,使读者了解一个具有中国特色、世界一流的高科技研发地已在中国北京崛起。
According to the instructions of President Jiang Zemin and the State Council on “creating a Zhongguancun Science Park with Chinese characteristics”, the construction of Zhongguancun Science Park was officially started in 2000. Zhongguancun Science Park is a Silicon Valley in China. It is the center of high-tech innovation and development in China, is the external window for the capital to develop a knowledge-based economy, and is also one of the three key functions of accelerating the development and construction of key functional areas in the strategic safeguard measures for Beijing’s Olympic operation planning. Beijing Science Park Construction Co., Ltd. as a key project of Zhongguancun Science Park development and construction, such as Zhongguancun Science Park Business Center (Zhongguancun West), the National Software Park, Zhongguancun Life Science Park, entrepreneurs and other key home projects. Now Zhongguancun Science Park has begun to take shape. To this end, we have focused on organizing and compiling a series of articles entitled “Zhongguancun Western Area - Magnificent Landmarks Towards the 21st Century”, “Zhongguancun National Software Park” and “Building a World-Class Life Science Research and Development Base” The creative ideas, guiding ideology and development concept of the construction project enable the readers to understand that a high-tech research and development site with Chinese characteristics and world-class has risen in Beijing, China.
