目前生产韧性球铁一般将P量控制在<0.08~0.1%以下,但终硅量皆偏高2.8~3.0%.在生产中常遇到P偏高的生铁,我省西林生铁即如此.我们使用西林生铁生产韧性球铁取得良好效果,并已投产.试验和生产使用1.5吨/时两排大间距热风冲天炉,出铁温度大于1380℃(用铂铑铂热电偶测量)生铁化学成份:3.2~3.7%C,1.08~2.62%Si,0.23~0.47%Mn,0.l2~0.17%,P0.05~0.136%S.
