一、前言旋转式直流焊机已广泛使用。这类焊机具有优良的焊接性能一即电弧稳定性高、外特性曲线好,适于焊接质量高的场合。但有其不足之处:如制造成本高、噪音大、维修费用贵,尤其是空载时耗电量较大。为此,我们研制了针对该类焊机的节电装置,并使其具有多种维护的功能。该节电器于去年研制成功,通过鉴定,并取得实用新颖专利,还被审定参加八七年全国发明展览会上展出。
I. Introduction Rotary DC welding machine has been widely used. This type of welder has excellent welding performance that arc high stability, good external characteristics, suitable for welding high-quality occasions. But there are some shortcomings: such as high manufacturing costs, noise, maintenance costs are expensive, especially when no load power consumption. To this end, we developed for this type of welding machine energy-saving device, and to make it a variety of maintenance functions. The Power Saver was successfully developed last year, passed the appraisal, and obtained practical novelty patents. It was also examined and approved to be exhibited at the National Invention Exhibition in 1987.
