目的 观察急性脑梗死病人血清Mg2 + 浓度的变化 ,并探讨与神经功能缺损的相关性。方法 选择 90例急性脑梗死病人 ,分别于发病后 6h、2 4h、72h及 10d抽血检测血清Mg2 + 浓度。所有病例均于发病后 6h行神经功能缺损评分。同时选择 90例接受体检的正常人检测血清中Mg2 + 浓度。结果 急性脑梗死病人发病后 6h、2 4h、72h血清Mg2 + 浓度均显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;发病后 2 4h与发病后 6h的血清Mg2 + 浓度相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;发病后 72h与发病后 2 4h的血清Mg2 + 浓度相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;发病后 6h的血清Mg2 + 浓度与神经功能缺损评分呈负相关 (r =- 0 .31,P <0 .0 1)。结论 Mg2 + 缺乏与神经系统功能的损伤密切相关 ,是参与脑梗死病理变化的重要因素之一。
Objective To observe the changes of serum Mg2 + concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to explore the correlation with neurological deficits. Methods Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected to take serum Mg2 + concentrations at 6h, 24h, 72h and 10d after onset respectively. All cases were neurological deficit scores 6h after onset. At the same time, 90 healthy subjects who received physical examination were selected to detect serum Mg2 + concentration. Results Serum Mg2 + concentrations of acute cerebral infarction patients at 6h, 24h, 72h after onset were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (P <0.01); 24 h after onset and 6h after onset of serum Mg2 + concentration was significantly (P <0.01). There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between serum Mg2 + concentrations at 72h after onset and at 24h after onset, serum Mg2 + concentration at 6h after onset and neurological deficit score Was negatively correlated (r = -0.31, P <0.01). Conclusion Mg2 + deficiency is closely related to the damage of nervous system function and is one of the important factors involved in the pathological changes of cerebral infarction.
